Second Course:

YaDa’s Signature Mediterranean Salad, cool and crunchy lettuce with sun dried tomatoes, garbanzo beans, and drizzled with a cabernet-chianti vinaigrette

Main Course:

Beef Wellington, bacon wrapped petit filet mignon topped with mushroom duxelle and pate, wrapped in a puff pastry baked to perfection served with baby carrots and wild rice.

Dessert:

Decadent Double Chocolate Brownie, with a chocolate ganache, vanilla whipped cream and berries
