Delight in the timeless elegance of France with YaDa Chef’s French Menu.Transport your table to a classic French bistro with our refined three-course dinner cooked in your own kitchen. Choose one starter—Roasted Beet Carpaccio with young goat cheese, Salade Lyonnaise with crispy bacon and a soft poached egg, rich French Onion Soup Gratinée, or chilled Vichyssoise—followed by a main such as slow-braised Boeuf Bourguignon, Coq au Vin, Tarragon Chicken in a silky cream reduction, or Poisson à la Bordelaise. Finish with silky Chocolate Mousse or a warm, caramelized Tarte Tatin.

Every dish is prepared fresh in your home by our professional personal chefs, delivering authentic French flavors with restaurant-quality results and no cleanup required. Ideal for special occasions or an elevated evening on the Treasure Coast (Stuart, Port Saint Lucie, and nearby areas).

Salad/Soup    (choose one)

Roasted Beet Carpaccio: fresh roasted beets thinly sliced topped with young goat cheese, served with mesclun greens

Salade Lyonnaise: A rich brunch dish made with curly frisée lettuce, crispy bacon lardons, croutons, and a soft poached egg.

French Onion Soup Gratinee: onions in a rich broth topped with golden crouton and melted swiss cheese

Vichyssoise: potato and leek soup finished with a bit of cream. Served chilled

 

Main Course    (choose one)

Boeuf Bourguignon: Tender beef chunks braised in red wine with bacon, mushrooms, carrots, and pearl onions. Served with creamy mashed potatoes.

Coq au Vin: Tender chicken thighs braised with crisp bacon, sweet pearl onions, and earthy mushrooms in a red-wine sauce, finished with garlic, tomato, and fragrant thyme.

Tarragon Chicken: Golden-seared chicken with sautéed mushrooms, carrots, and shallots, gently simmered in bright tarragon vinegar and fresh herbs, then finished with a silky cream reduction. Served with rice.

Poisson à la Bordelaise: White fish fillets topped with crispy breadcrumbs, minced shallots, garlic, white wine, and butter, then baked until golden. Served with black rice and seasonal vegetables.
