Bourbon Whipped Cream Recipe
1 cup/250ml heavy cream, chilled
1 tablespoon/15ml bourbon
1/2 teaspoon/2g sugar
1/4 teaspoo/1ml pure vanilla extract

Using an electric mixer, beat all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until the cream is softly whipped. Serve.
